Platform-verified facts about each wave, not the camp's marketing. Hazards are stated plainly.
Batu Bolong is a slow, forgiving wave over a flat reef and it is where most people in Canggu learn to trim. We are four minutes' walk from it. The compound has a proper working room with fibre, because half our guests are here for six weeks rather than seven days. From December to February the wind turns onshore here and we will tell you to look at the east coast instead.

ARRIVING AND LEAVING
15:00 → 10:30
Check in from 15:00, out by 10:30, local time at the camp (Asia/Makassar). Every deadline we quote you — cancellation included — is in that zone, not yours.
PAID AT THE PROPERTY
Nothing
No tourist levy at this property. What you pay online is what the stay costs.
WHO CAN STAY
18+ only
Surfcamps.World does not book under-18s, anywhere, in this version. Every person on a booking confirms their age before the dates are held — not after you have paid.
TAX ON THE STAY
11%
Accommodation tax, charged on the room and any package. It is already inside the total in the booking panel — no surprise at the desk.
WHAT WE HAVE CHECKED
We verify these ourselves. Anything not listed here, we have not checked.
STAYS BOOKED THROUGH US
5
Completed stays, counted by us rather than reported by the camp.
These are the exact terms our refund engine computes against — not a summary of them.

INTERMEDIATE · 6 NIGHTS IN JUNE
The coaching was the reason I booked and it delivered. Two sessions a day, video twice, and a coach who told me plainly that my back foot was in the wrong place for three years. Room was basic and the walls are thin, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

ADVANCED · 6 NIGHTS IN MAY
Honest place. The forecast briefing every morning was the most useful part — I finally understand why a spot works on one tide and not the other. The waves were smaller than I hoped for the week I picked, which is nobody's fault, and they moved us to the sheltered break rather than pretend.

YOUR FIT · AUGUST
We will not put a percentage on a guess. A match score is only worth reading when it is built on what you actually want — your level, the waves you like, what you are going for.
It takes about two minutes, and it changes every camp you see from then on.
