Your wave is the listing.
We hold the break data and score every surfer against it before they ever reach your page. You describe the house, the food and the coaching. The people who arrive are the ones the wave suits.

Surfers arrive here having already been told what your break asks of them. The ones who book are the ones it suits.
- 01Your listing is read against your break, not your adjectivesWe hold the wave data — type, bottom, direction, swell window, twelve months of size and wind — and score surfers against it. You describe the house, the food and the coaching. Nobody has to take a superlative on trust.
- 02One calendar, and it cannot oversell a bedCapacity, price, closures, minimum stay and arrival rules live on one grid per room pool. Two people going for the last bed at the same moment produce one booking and one honest message.
- 03Deposit now, balance automaticallyThe guest pays a deposit to confirm. The balance is collected on schedule against a stored mandate, with retries and a guest-payable link if the card fails.
- 04Paid into your own Stripe accountCharges settle to your connected account with our commission taken as an application fee. You see gross, fee and net on every booking, and every payout lists the bookings inside it.
Four things have to be true
The console shows you which of these are still open at any point, and refuses to publish until they are all closed. Nothing here is a judgement about your camp — they are the conditions under which a booking can be honoured.
- 01A published break your camp is linked toYour listing has to sit on a wave we hold data for, with a transfer time from the door. If the break is not in the catalogue yet, request it from the console and we survey it before you publish.
- 02Identity and location verifiedBusiness identity and the property's location, evidenced. Insurance and water-safety documents where the coastline or the local rules require them.
- 03A Stripe account that can take moneyOnboarding completes in Stripe, not here. Until your connected account can accept charges, your camp cannot be booked — and it will not appear in search.
- 04At least one room pool with priced nightsCapacity and a nightly rate across the dates you want to sell. The calendar refuses to sell a night that has no price on it.
The questions owners actually ask
If the answer you need is not here, the onboarding checklist names every open item on your listing and links to the exact screen that closes it.
Start a listingNo. Break attributes are platform-owned and read-only in the console, which is what makes two camps on the same coast comparable. You can propose a correction with a note; we review it and, if it holds up, the change applies for everyone.
The match tells them, in the search result and again on the camp page. If the verdict is a poor fit for a blocking ability reason, they cannot hold dates without acknowledging it in writing, with your break named. You get guests who can surf what is out front.
Payouts are created the day after check-in and settle into your own connected Stripe account. Each payout lists the bookings inside it with gross, our commission and net, so it reconciles against your own books.
The refund is computed from the cancellation policy attached to the booking at the time it was made — not the policy you have today. The guest sees the exact figure before confirming, and the beds go back into inventory in the same transaction.
Yes, but you keep both calendars yourself. There is no channel sync in v1. If you close nights here, close them there too.
No. Guest reviews and your own guest report publish together, on a delay, so neither side can read the other before writing. Unpublished reviews are not listed and are not counted in your rating.
Only team members you have given the guest-contact capability to, and only inside the window around the stay. Emergency contacts, legal names and medical notes are erased ninety days after check-out.
